1. What is your return policy?
At Liverpool, we currently offer a size exchange only policy and do not accept returns.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery through our exchange portal:

A nominal exchange processing fee of ₹99 per request applies. To be eligible for an exchange,
the product must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by all original tags and packaging.

2. How long does it take to receive the product?
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Once shipped, domestic deliveries generally arrive within 7–10 business days,
depending on your location and courier service availability.
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen logistics or carrier delays may occasionally impact delivery timelines.
If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us before your order is dispatched.

3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
